Outbid.lol: Business Model, Pricing & Revenue Evidence

How Outbid’s paid leaderboard differs from a subscription SaaS, and why a fixed monthly-price revenue model is inappropriate.

AUGUST 2026 / EVIDENCE SNAPSHOT

Can we estimate Outbid’s monthly revenue?

A fixed-price subscription model does not fit this business. No monthly subscription estimate is published; the missing inputs are explained below.

What prevents a reliable calculation?

No representative monthly subscription price

The full August outgoing lookup contains 110 grouped destinations. It reports 14,349.017 visits to checkout.dodopayments.com, not checkout.stripe.com. Outbid uses one-off rank bids rather than a fixed monthly subscription, and the average completed bid amount is unavailable. We therefore do not publish a monthly subscription revenue estimate.

A defensible transaction model needs an observed average order value and completed payments for the same period. A rank bid is not a recurring subscription.

Which price enters the model?

No fixed monthly subscription

Outbid offers paid rank claims at changing amounts. A leaderboard bid is not a standard monthly subscription price. No representative subscription amount is assigned.

You are buying placement, not a standard seat

Outbid presents a public leaderboard where products can claim a rank at a displayed amount. The relevant commercial unit is a paid placement or rank claim. Recasting a rank price as recurring subscription revenue would change the meaning of the product.

What a defensible monthly estimate would need

A model would need completed August payments and their average value, with refunds and repeat bids handled consistently. Current rank prices and lifetime site statistics do not supply an August average order value. This review therefore does not run the monthly subscription formula.

Traffic evidence has its own boundary

The August outgoing table was collected in full: 110 parent records plus supplied children. It did not contain checkout.stripe.com. Even if such a record became available, it would not resolve the missing transaction-value input.

A visible payment route, but no fixed ticket size

The August data does contain a checkout destination: checkout.dodopayments.com. Multiplying those visits by a guessed subscription price would misrepresent a bid-based product. A transaction-revenue model would need a separately observed average paid bid and a conversion assumption.

Questions about Outbid revenue

Does Outbid have a monthly subscription price?

No fixed monthly subscription was identified on the reviewed official page. The visible offer is paid leaderboard placement at variable amounts.

Can the largest bid be used as average revenue per customer?

No. A displayed rank amount is not the average of completed transactions and does not establish a recurring monthly payment.
