Disappearing from a ranking does not mean disappearing as a business.
Use gaps in Cursor and Lovable records to understand why missing observations must not be set to zero.
Start with what the data actually shows
In this dataset, cursor.com recorded the following visits: June 2025, 959.4k; July, 1.15M; August, 1.64M. The original domain was no longer observed from September 2025 onward. lovable.dev was last observed in October 2025, followed by missing months.
A missing row tells us about sample coverage—not whether the product has a business.
We neither merge other subdomains nor infer why records are missing. Payment-path changes and sample coverage are possibilities that need verification.

2026-06—2026-08· Shared vertical scale starting at zero
No numeric visit observations in this period. Missing does not mean zero.
Move the pointer or use the month slider and arrow keys. Missing observations and values below the display threshold are not plotted as zero.
Setting missing months to zero would draw an artificial collapse. We preserve gaps instead. The pointer and month slider still report “Not observed.”
Below the display threshold (for example <0.01%) differs from not observed. The former has a record without a numeric value; the latter has no monthly row. Neither supports calculations requiring numeric values.
How to use this observation in your research
- Before interpreting a curve, confirm that both months contain comparable observations.
- Check the original domain and root domain to avoid combining different payment entry points.
- Keep missing-data explanations open, then verify them against total traffic and website changes.
This research covers a particular referral sample for checkout.stripe.com. It does not cover all online products or payment methods, and is not overall market share.
